The Ranch House is a large 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ranch style vacation home.
The house sits on the highest point of the ranch and overlooks the Buck Inn. The view of the ranch and the surrounding hillsides are breathtaking from the large deck that runs the length of the house. The interior décor is similar to the Buck Inn with a Western/country theme.  Please check out the lists below to see which items we will provide for your stay, and which items you will need to bring with you!
A cleaning fee for your stay will be added to your reservation in the amount of $50.
What the Ranch supplies for the Ranch House:

2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per Bathroom

9 Bath Towels
9 Wash Cloths
2 Hand Towels
2 Shower Mats
1 Bar of Soap in Each Bathroom



2 Trash Bags for Kitchen

2 Trash Bags for Each Bathroom

2 Large Trash Bags
1 Kitchen Towel
1 Dish Cloths

We inventory these items before and after your stay and charge for missing items.

What you need to bring:
Additional toilet paper

Laundry soap

Dish soap

Coffee filters and coffee supplies

Bath soap 


Additional trash bags

Paper towels

Check out tasks:
Place all trash on front porch
Report any damage immediately
All kitchen items used must be washed ($50 fee for housekeeping to wash)

Lodging Cancellation Policy- 30 day policy - All cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee*. If you cancel within 30 days, but more than 48 hours prior to check-in, your deposit will be refunded to you in gift certificate form, minus the cancellation fee*.  That gift certificate will be valid for one year from your original check-out date.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, your deposit is forfeit and non-refundable.
*Cancellation fee - $100 

Additional Guest Policy: Your lodging fee covers the amount of people your lodging unit sleeps. If you have additional visitors joining you on the ranch causing your total number of ranch guests to exceed your lodging capacity, there is a $5 per person fee.
