Been There Done That! NO WAY!
Everyone has a different picture come to mind when they hear the word “team building”. Some people recall the time their coworkers were put through a battery of assessment tests to categorize the office and some remember playing with play dough around the conference table. Others remember how uncomfortable they felt with the awkward group hugs and backrubs and others still recall the time the group went go-carting. That is not us!
Training that is not retained will not produce change. Our hands-on approach is the key to our success in helping teams bring lasting results. We integrate these methods into our programs to dramatically increase the participants' understanding and retention. Team building helps to improve retention and morale. Team members create a connection with the organization and create a network of resources within the group.
Our format capitalizes on the theories and methods of experiential education. Our facilitators help make the experiences fun and memorable. We interject humor and relate intuitively and enthusiastically with our groups. Your team will appreciate the opportunity to interact with their teammates in a very different and powerful way. Our facilitators establish the context for each activity, monitor participants' safety, and help the team recognize valuable insights throughout the day. We help individuals capture valuable lessons and develop strategies for transferring learning to their lives. Emphasis is placed on creating experiences that help groups develop and realize their measurable goals. Your team will participate in exercises that help them realize their contributions to the group and the assets and resources of others on the team.
