On top of your game... below your budget
In the current economic climate it is ever more important to ensure that your team is on top of their game and your expenditures are lower than ever. Rawhide Ranch can be the affordable option for your next meeting destination. The ranch is willing to work within your budget restraints
to make your meeting/retreat happen.
Lodging:
The ranch will sleep 56 people overnight in 37 beds. Though many coworkers will have to share rooms, there is no better way to get to know someone until you have shared a room. This adventure in itself will create humorous stories for the water cooler.
Meeting space:
The common area of the Buck Inn can be your meeting location. The staff of Rawhide will convert the center of Buck Inn into a meeting room which will sit 18 people in a formal setting and 25 informally. The four separate rooms in the center allow space for breakout sessions. The lower portion of the Buck Inn is our banquet hall and a great atmosphere for a large meeting or seminar. The 2200 square foot space will seat up to 250 people for a seminar or banquet.
Refreshments/meals:
If you wish to leave the ranch for your lunch, the town of Nashville has numerous options for dining and we can make recommendations depending on your cravings and group size. Don’t want to leave and lose your momentum, we can provide anything from a box lunch to a full hot meal brought to you while you continue on with business.
Activities:
Everyone needs a break from a long day of meetings and there is nothing better than fresh air to reenergize your attendees. We are able to provide any number of activities such as team building, horseback riding, archery shoot, campfire, hiking, fishing, basketball or just a rocking chair on the porch.
Entertainment:
Even the boss needs some time to unwind after a long day. The ranch has numerous resources, anything from a glowing campfire to karaoke. You let us know what you want and we will make it happen.
