Rawhide Ranch Policies

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 30 day cancellation prior to reserved date is required for refund of deposit.
  • If you cancel after the 30 day deadline, your deposit will be returned to you in Gift Certificate form that is good for one year.
  • If you cancel with in 48 hours of check in time, your deposit is void and nonrefundable.
  • Due to clerical work and merchant fees, a minimum cancellation fee of $20 and/or 3% per unit will be charged to all cancellations and a $10 fee for changing reservation dates.
  • Cancellation gift certificates will be valid after your cancelled check out date.
  • If you choose to split a credit card bill with someone else, you must notify us before the transaction has been started. Otherwise, a 5% fee will be charged to each party.
